As Leadership Strategist I work with clients to develop effective blended Leadership Programs from line employees to Sr Executives utilizing the vast resources from Harvard Business Publishing. Our programs include both online and blended tools for meaningful impact on the job and ongoing performance support.

As a partner at InnerWorkings Canada Ltd I was responsible for all day to day operations inlcuding sales, marketing, finance and administration. InnerWorkings was a start up organization developing and supporting an innovative approach to learning for Microsoft .Net developers based upon structured practice methodologies.

As Director of Sales Engineering my team was directly responsible for supporting and implementing annual revenues in excess of $125M globally. This was a newly created position and group that greatly reduced the number of client issues upon implementation and created much higher annual contract renewals.
