Provide support to City of Chicago/Cook County Field Engineer in areas of Programming Projects, review/processing Phase I Federal Project Reports, IDS review, and review/processing of Phase II MFT and Federal Projects. On an as needed basis, responsible for reviewing hydraulic reports and recommending issuance of floodway permits for the Program and Office Engineer. Assist other Field Engineers relative to questions that may arise on MFT/Federal policies and procedures.

On-Site Project Manager for CBBEL team working for IDOT Bureau of Local Roads in District 1. CBBEL team provided Program Manager services to IDOT related to the processing of engineering agreements, funding agreements, invoices, Phase I Report for Federal Projects, PS&E for both Federal and MFT projects, maintaining and monitoring the District’s NBIS database, and MFT compliance reviews/audits. As on-site Project Manager, responsible for overseeing daily work of CBBEL team and coordinating staffing adjustments with the Bureau Chief of Local Roads, as well as his immediate supervisor at CBBEL. Also assures that Project Management Team stayed within budget yet provided on-demand services required by the Bureau of Local Roads and Streets. In addition to being the on-site Manager, provides support to City of Chicago/Cook County Field Engineer in areas of Programming Projects, review/processing Phase I Federal Project Reports, IDS review, and review/processing of Phase II MFT and Federal Projects. Local Roads Project Management for District One, Illinois Department of Transportation – Managed and processed Local Agency PS&E for State letting. Assured that the PS&E for Federal Projects was completed properly and had all documentation in place to assure that they will meet the letting dates requested by the local agencies

Responsible for preparation of Phase I and Phase II documents for Federal, MFT and State funded projects. Close coordination with State, Federal and local agencies on various transportation projects.
