In this role I provided support and assistance to both staff and students using the MyEcho Lecture capture system. I oversaw the initial growth of the service from a small scale system that few academics or students knew about into a widely adopted and essential service. With colleagues from across the University I helped to develop an institutional default recording policy for lectures and then lead the technical implementation that this role-out would entail.
