Throughout my work history I have specialized in repair, trouble shooting, and maintenance, of many diferent fields. Auto mechanics, residential and commercial plumbing, home and commercial landscaping, residential electrical, commercial hvac, commercial electrical, painting, dry walls, flooring, lighting, ect. Through this experience, and several class time hours I have earned my Master HVAC License, as well as my Master Plumbing License. I also hold and maintain my certification as a Leed Green Associate.I am skilled in reading building MEP prints, plumbing, electrical, architectural, different types of diagrams such as wire diagrams, line diagrams, schematic diagrams, pictorial diagrams. I am very familiar with building automation system and how the controls work in pnumatic control systems, direct digital control systems, and mixed systems. I have an understanding of the basic direct acting system as well. I have also gained the experience of managing commercial property from working with the opperational budgets to the capital budget. Organizing and supervising major installs, and property repairs. Working side by side with the construction foreman and project management to ensure a job well done. Supervision of employees under my command and responsability, ensuring they are performing the corect job at hand safely, following all company and osha protocals. Currently I am overseeing over a million sqft of Industrial property, managing construction build outs, two employees and the maintenance associated with this particular portfolio. I am a LEED Green Associate, working for a greener tomorrow with a team of people who share the common idea that we can cut back our carbon foot print if we work together and stay the course.
