Worked for Po Na Na/Barvest Ltd in the late 90’s helping to set up and run various Bristol & South-West operations including Po Na Na, Queens Rd, Boom Bar, Whiteladies Rd, Fez Club, St Nicholas St.Set up my first venture ‘Manos’ in 2004 until selling to Be At One Cocktail bars in 2014. Opened my 2nd ‘Manos Liquor Bar’ in 2016 before selling to ‘London Cocktail Club’ in 2018.Worked for Matthew Clark/Bibendum Ltd as an Area Sales Manager in the South-West between 2006 and 2008.I have established and sold various other bars & restaurants, including my current project ‘The Gallimaufry’ in 2012 to current.Adept in the business planning, cost analysis and the initial set up and running of both wet and dry led hospitality operations, I am looking for a new challenge ideally within the hospitality industry to help build & grow a new operation.
