I am part of the ISDA Negotiation team in EMEA for Citi, supporting primarily the Rates, Credit and to a lesser extent Clearing desks. I serve a global base of clients, specialising primarily in Dutch and UK Pension Schemes, Hedge Funds and Corporations.As part of this I am required to be familiar with, and negotiate a wide range of documents including; ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Credit Support Deeds, Account Control Agreements, Indemnity Letters, Guarentees and Novation Agreements. I am also required to handle Termination Agreements and manage coordinate Close-Out procedures.Due to the dynamic and ever-changing regulatory environment, I am required to be familiar with the often onerous requirements of Dodd-Frank and EMIR, to name but two.
