Since achieving a second class honours in event management at Manchester Metropolitan University, I decided to work at a crew company setting up events. Whilst this was brilliant hands on experience I was still curious about the brewing industry. I’d been curious about it for years truth be told but had never known how to get into the business. Eventually, I decided to call numerous craft beer breweries in Manchester and simply ask about potential job vacancies. As a result I now work part time for 7 Brothers brewery in Salford and absolutely love it! Since joining I have gained skills in canning and packaging the wet stock that we produce in order to get it into supermarkets and various other bars and venues.
