Supporting all UK Government Agencies and Military forces in Aerial Resupply. Qualified as an Despatch Crew Commander (DCC), on all UK aerial delivery systems from small stores, small and large boat systems, to vehicles and plant equipment on stressed/unstressed platforms. Deployed and carried out the duties of a DCC whilst training and Operational in many theatres and abstract countries around the world. Provided SME advice in all Air Drop systems, in both the combat role and peace time operations. World wide deployments in the training environment and much experienced garnered working along side foreign and multinational forces/agencies.

Responsible for the management of all links between a small unit of Reservist Soldiers serving along side their full time regular compatriots. Ensuring the interface is set at the correct pace, maximising imput and output for all concerned. Planning and regulation of all trade and military training, ensuring it is carried out to the correct standard whilst bridging the gap between civilian and military lifestyles (at times a delicate balance). Key to success is providing tailor-made solutions to facilitate all needs of both the Service and the Service person. All MoD policies are implemented whilst ensuring the correct level of pastoral care is on offer to all, at all times. A demanding role which requires excellent people skills, operations management, training and evaluation skill sets and the ability to change direction at a moments notice with regards to planning, in order to rethink and re plan in any given situation to ensure all deadlines are met and training and operational roles are fulfilled.

Advising and implementing all Equality and Diversity policy, insuring said policy is delivered to 600 plus personnel, whilst advising Soldiers and Command alike in serious Equality and Diversity complaint procedures. Input on unit healthcare matters and deliverance of pin-point information with regards to all aspects of personal crisis for both soldiers and family members or both. Triage of all welfare incidents and referrals, to all outside agencies as required.A wide range of diverse daily duties and team projects, carried out in a highly focused and constantly deployed Regiment. Domestic welfare covering 17 locations in a 36 mile radius, world wide welfare reach to all deployed soldiers and link-in to all families of those deployed on a national level. Concurrent activities included at this time;Delivery of training in the Survive Evade Resist Extract Officer role at regimental level, Ranges, Navigation (electronic and compass based) and various adventurous training.
