Key Responsibilities;+ To control and manage all aspects of the business operation at the branch.+ To achieve business objectives – maximise profit, ensure return on capital employed and growth in turnover.+ To contribute in the initiation/development of strategy, policy and procedures for Rigging Services. Implement, maintain and police approved policies/procedures for directing a successful trading operation.+ To direct trading operations of the branch and sister branch(es), and assist in the development and approval of the branch’s budget.+ To monitor branch and business performance against agreed management objectives.+ To control and monitor external sales, asset management and cost control of the branch.

To liaise with customers and confirm their requirements. To input all information into the computer system and source equipment where required. To liaise with workshop and/or Branch Manager with regard to works schedule and status of Hire/Sales equipment available. To develop Branch profile by adhering to company policy with regard to pro-active sales procedures. To offer technical advice when requested with regard to equipment requirements.
