As a summer augment, pparticipated on a team of 30 senior personnel in the execution of a three-month training cycle leading to the graduation of 250 officer candidates through evaluating potential leadership, physical, and mental qualities to serve as future Marine Corps officers.As operations staff officer, provided written evaluations for over 100 officer candidates on leadership abilities and assumed multiple roles in the absence of full staffing and handling of all protocol matters and VIP visits to the organization. Assisted in identifying shortfalls and implementing policy changes that resulted in improved evaluation of leadership potential in future military officers.In response to training staff misconduct, conducted an investigation into the training procedures and value of training versus improper training methods, which led to identifying and fixing misperceptions among training staff on appropriate training actions.
