About James Spence

James is the founder and CCO of Decadent.tv, a premium brand and entertainment agency. Previously he was ECD at YouTube where he established and ran the Creative Studio. A prolific designer, art director and director, he has run numerous creative departments including HBO, BBC (UK), and TBWA\Chiat Day. Working in both entertainment and advertising, he has picked up two or three dumpster loads of awards including Clio, Cannes, D&AD, and One Show.
