My current store at Circle K was at $38,000 weekly merchandise sales and the bottom-performing store in the market. This store is now at $48,000 weekly merchandise sales and consistently top 3 in our market. I have created a training document that was originally intended for cashiers within my store but is now used throughout the Midwest region.A big key to my success in these businesses has been a combination of my personality, determination, and understanding of the businesses’ needs. I strongly believe that when you start your day and walk into your business, you should look at it as if you were a customer.
