    I founded and run JS Catering, LLC., a leading catering and consulting company. I oversee the daily operations of the company to provide executive leadership, culinary management consulting, and transition services to leading medical centers and hospitality organizations throughout the country. This involves leading multi-million-dollar renovation projects to redesign foodservice operations in large facilities, organizing staffing and developing strong engaged teams.
