As Director of Customer Strategy I provide direction for the account management, new business and customer success team, focusing on the medical market and in particular the NHS in the UK and the HSE in Ireland. We develop and expand new business opportunities within established and prospective customers by engaging with our current customer base and understanding how our solutions have benefited the NHS/HSE and how they could benefit other organisations within the NHS/HSE. Working closely with our customers and also potential new customers we review the challenges they face and how our solutions can assist and help them achieve the goals they set. In addition to this, I develop and expand our partnership programme and manage our bid/tender response process, in order to improve the solutions we can provide the NHS/HSE, keep existing customers and secure new business.Currently I work for G2 Speech, leaders in the digital dictation and speech recognition field. The company provides state-of-the-art software which enables a simple speech to text solution. Our software enables hundreds of thousands of healthcare professionals across the UK, Ireland, Holland, Belgium and Austria to save time on reporting and document creation. Our solutions are easy to use and are proven to increase productivity. This is achieved through workflow optimisation, which allows for improved turnaround times and has proven return on investment. Working with the NHS and other healthcare providers, our aim is to support digitising healthcare by providing high quality, paperless solutions.”
