Responsibly for the sales for Northbridge signs my role ranges from working with the other sales reps through to managing our key accounts. Working in a small organisation everyone works collaboratively towards the same goal. Using my diverse range of business contacts that I have acquired through motor racing and also previous employment has contributed to my continued success in this role.

Starting as a Tele-Marketer I quickly moved up into a supervisor and then manager of the outbound call center that operated at night. Managing a team of 10 outbound callers all aged older than myself introduced me to a variety of challenges that I did not anticipate when accepting the role. My role as Marketing Manger included managing staff, Quality control, managing KPI's, script writing, direct mail, web seminars plus much more.
