Manages professional team responsible for firmwide management of the eDiscovery process across 20 offices in 11 states and multiple practice groups for an AmLaw 150 firm. Provides expert analysis, advice, and support to attorneys and clients on topics and issues across the EDRM spectrum, from data governance and collection through production and presentation. Works closely with case owners, review teams, and directly with clients to customize and expedite cost-effective document review and production, both in-house and in conjunction with eDiscovery vendors. Manages and oversees vendor relationships and individual case engagements.

Built firmwide eDiscovery department from the ground up, working closely with attorneys and staff to develop and optimize eDiscovery processes, procedures, and workflows.

Plays a key role in translating end user expectations/outcomes to real design specifications. Align with business stakeholders to create business capability roadmaps that identify enterprise technology solutions which deliver value to clients and position the firm for growth and achievement of its strategic plan. Exercise significant independent judgment in solving problems and choosing methods of work. Mentor others on complex and far-reaching technology issues.
