I started as a cleaner at a site in Chelmsford called E2v, I wanted to grow and as soon as I started I knew I could achieve and begin not only adapting as a person but adapting my career. I worked there for three years moving through the ranks as a charge hand and then soon became the site supervisor by this time I was hungry and was really enjoying learning how a site runs behind a manager but wanted their role, I then became the Contracts manager changing the structure and organizing the team in a different more pro-active way making relationships with keys holders and really pushing the service we provided on site. I now have been offered an opportunity to learn Finance, Sales and Operations from a business perspective and I cannot wait to see how Cynergi Cleaning and Support Services runs and innovates on a daily basis.
