(Oil & Gas, Petro-chem., Mining & Minerals, Pulp & Paper, Power Generation, Pharmaceutical Production Industries). I have extensive experience (30+ Years) in the Electrical & Instrumentation field regarding construction, Field engineering, installation, Quality Assurance & Control, Preservation, Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning and Hand-over to Client/Operations. I usually have involvement in the set-up of site systems as, Lines of Communications, Audit schedule, Document control, Customer complaints, Technical Queries, NCR’s, Materials Control & approval, Receiving and inspection, Purchasing and delivery, Record keeping, Issuing to subcontractors and construction, on-site inspection procedures, Matrix/Tracking systems, Filling systems per System/Sub-Systems and Hand over to Client Formats, QCP, ITP, MS and Procedures. This is all put in place before and in the very start of construction and mobilization stage.I also have experience (15+ Years) in QA/QC Management regarding QMS, ISO-9001:2000. These include setting-up Company Quality Management System, implementing Procedures and do Internal, Supplier Audits and take corrective actions to maintain conformance to the specific contract, standards and procedures. I am also a certified ISO Lead Auditor yet to be registered.For the past 15 years I gained experience in the Architectural, Civil, Welding, Piping, Structural and Mechanical field regarding installation Quality Control and standards. I managed all discipline QI’s through the specific discipline engineers on various projects. Equipment included ASUs, Boilers, STGs, GTGs, Air and Nitrogen Compressors (12000m3 /hr capacity), Vertical and Horizontal and Centrifugal Pumps (78 to 92 inch, 23000m3/hr), Vessels, Exchangers, Tanks, Drums, Filters, Fans, Cooling Towers, Clean Rooms, Turbines, etc.
