Key Responsibilities•Proper outlets executions by considering all Key sales drivers (QDVPPP)AS quality, Distribution,visibility,Price,Persuasion and Promotions to ensure we maintain MPA and MAS all over the marketing as according to outlets segment •The proper use of sales force management system (SFA) to the outlets in order to achieve all KPI and delivery all targets in a certain period •To manage Distributor and ensure they reach their shipments and depletions target per month in order to deliver the targets well and achive incetives to continuing running the business•To manager Distributor team (VSM) Van sales man by training them and supervise them everyday morng at the Gate meeting on what target we chase, our gaps as per mtd and priorities what plans and commitment to achieve our targets •To drive innovations agenda to the Distributor level until to the consumer level by putting more efforts on spirits and brands innovations•Collecting various competitor activations and review them how those activations on trade can affects the SBL market share and what measure can we take for us to maintain it •Recruiting new customers and ensure our beer and spirits brands are penetrating to the interiors areas for us to be more available to the end user•To Supervise various incentives schemes to our Suppliers (Stockiests) as they get targets to chase on beer and spirits then they being paid accordingly•To conducts various activations to the outlets snd builds good relationships to them as we know persuasion is the key•To champions various Projects which Company brings to us on behalf of the Team so as to ensure we executes those projects smooth
