Serves as Vice President of Business Development and Strategy for the Intelligence, Systems Engineering, Security, Services and Solutions (IS4) Business Unit, Amentum corporation. We serve global clients in Nuclear Operations & Environmental Remediation, Mission Support and Sustainment, Threat Mitigation and Mission Assurance, Test, Training and Evaluation and Program Management. Amentum predominately supports the U.S Government as well as allied nations of the United States in Defense, Energy, and Technology. Though the needs for each mission may vary, our ability to deliver above and beyond the call of duty always remains consistent. Jay leads Business Development, Strategies, and Capture across the Department of Defense and other Federal agencies, focusing on Systems Engineering, Counter Threat capabilities, Electromagnetic Spectrum, Cyber convergence and Integration, and Enterprise Risk Analysis as well as enhancing relationships with current customers. Serves as Vice President of Business Development and Strategy for the Intelligence, Systems Engineering, Security, Services and Solutions (IS4) Business Unit assigned to the Management Services division for AECOM(NYSE: ACM), an $18-billion, fully integrated infrastructure and support services firm with the ability to design, build, finance, and operate infrastructure assets globally. In this capacity, Jay leads Business Development, Strategies, and Capture across the Department of Defense and other Federal agencies, focusing on Systems Engineering, Counter Threat capabilities, Electromagnetic Spectrum, Cyber convergence and Integration, and Enterprise Risk Analysis as well as enhancing relationships with current customers. Served as the Senior Program Manager for all Advisory and Assistance Services to the United States Air Force B-2 Bomber Program Office, a contract totaling $83M. Additionally, served as the Senior Program Manager for two Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Programs. One in support of NAVAIR PMA-208 and Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) Point Mugu/China Lake supporting multi-service target, range and training programs at various Navy and DoD installations providing support to Naval underwater, ground based and airborne target drones, and one in support of NAVAIR 4.5 Avionics Branch, Point Mugu, Naval Air Station providing engineering, technical, operational, test and logistics services necessary in support of Joint and Navy research and development programs, system integration, and test and evaluation.
