Over twelve years’ experience looking after the print requirements of some of the country’s top Pharmaceutical Companies; twenty two years’ experience of the print industry extending from graphic design to reprographics, including small, large offset, large format and digital. Able to take control of new projects, receive briefs direct from the client or Design Agencies, discuss changes needed and ensuring the finished product is delivered correctly. Good rapport with clients and able to help with the growth of new accounts. I enjoy forging genuine long-term relationships and maintaining them through empathy, enthusiasm and loyalty created by being deeply results-orientated and focused on doing more than is often asked.I always set myself high standards of myself, refuse to accept "no, or it can’t be done" as an answer. I also enjoy developing my knowledge and I am always willing to help others.Over the past 2 years I have increased my knowledge of Web 2 Print/Print on demand and have set up 2 sites for Honeywell Areospace and Linde Material Handling UK. I believe this is a valuable skill set to have as more and more clients are requesting fast turnaround web ordering solutions. I’ve also had the task to source Print Suppliers overseas in Russia, India and South Africa, a difficult task which has had good results.
