Master/OIM onboard the DP Class 3 semi submersible unit ‘Safe Boreas’ during reactivation from cold stack, first SPS as well as mobilisation and start up operations for an accommodation service contract with CNOOC.Onboard company rep during 5 year FMEA proving trials of the Safe Boreas Master/OIM onboard the DP class 2 semi submersible unit ‘Safe Concordia’ whilst safely and effectively carrying out follow target gangway connected accomodation services, offshore Brazil for Equinor. Operational readiness team manager in relation to the delivery of the DP class 3 new build ‘Safe Eurus’. Responsibilities include flag/class compliance, procurement, documentation and CMMS implementation. Master/OIM onboard the DP class 3 new build semi submersible flotel 'Safe Zephyrus' within the Norwegian sector carrying out DP gangway connected accommodation and support services for Statoil and previously AkerBPMaster/OIM onboard the 12 point moored TSV 'Safe Scandinavia' during drilling support operations under contract to Statoil within the Norwegian sector.Master/OIM onboard the DP class 3 new build semi submersible floatel 'Safe Boreas' during operations within the UK sector under contract to Repsol Sinopec

Assigned to the newbuild DP3 harsh environment vessel 'Safe Boreas' within both the UKCS and NCS as Chief Officer and then latterly (from December 2015) temporary Master/OIM during mobilisation and operation at Montrose A. Previous experience onboard the 12 point moored 'Safe Scandinavia' in both the UK and NCS. On this vessel I was also apart of the marine crew assigned during SPS and life extension work.

Carried out LbL array design and set up using both Cnode and MPT transponders in water depths greater than 1600m.

Solstad Offshore: June 2009 to July 2011Work aboard a wide range of DP class 3 and 2 OCV/DSV/CLV and AHTS carrying out a wide range of operations including Saturation Diving/Heavy Lift/Ploughing/Flexi-lay/Well intervention/Riser and jumper installation and FPSO hook-up.Experience in undertaking the role of Safety Officer, including implementation of company SMS system and ISM audits. Also the day to day Safety Officer roles such as Near Miss/Non Conformity follow up, Safety Observation implementation and Risk Assessment Leader.SDPO during DP class 3 and 2 operations including saturation diving, air diving, flexi-lay, heavy lift operations, well intervention and various ROV projects.Worked as the Ships Security Officer looking after all day to day security issues such as DOC completion and SSP/CSP follow up. I have worked in West Africa and in particular Nigeria, which included implementation of ISPS level 2 and increased security responsibilities.Undertaken the role of Ships Medic on a vessel with 99 Marine and Project crew. Job included control of all medicine and equipment, crew training and in charge of Medivac procedures.Worked and have experience with modern Planned Maintenance systems aboard highly advanced DP class 3 vessels.
