Most recent project entailed performing in-depth and rigorous independent assessment of IT staffing levels required to support a Major League Baseball club's technology footprint in light of their multiple, new initiatives and projected growth. We utilized comparative analysis and personal interviews with a number of MLB's top performing clubs as well as senior IT executives within several organizations, then presented our findings and staffing recommendations to "Stabilize" the club's IT organization, with pointers to how best to grow to meet future demand.

Senior Technical Consultant / DBA (Houston, TX, Tampa, FL), 2008 - 2017Recipient of numerous PS team rewards by exceeding team, project and client-driven milestone goals. Worked onsite and remotely as both lead technical resource and Oracle DBA for multiple customers. This entailed installation, instance creation, data loading, nightly backups and maintenance of the Oracle database; installation and configuration of domains for the Aligne application in Weblogic and JBoss, as well as installation, configuration and report publishing of both SAP’s Crystal Server/OBIEE and Oracle BI reporting systems. Lead Technical resource for majority of FIS’s Aligne upgrades/installations for all Aligne modules (FuelOps, TRM, GasOps, PipeOps, PowerOps, AIF). Key engagements upon requestRelease Build Manager, 2005 – 2008Transitioned to lead the Build and Package team to manage the day-to-day compilation and source-code management (Accurev CE) of the Entegrate, Nucleus and GTM product lines. Provided in-depth distributed Object-Oriented development and process workflow expertise for the Customer Request Management project at US West / Qwest in Denver, CO. CRM is a business-to-business Wholesale Service Delivery application that controls, tracks and provides status of key events via MQ Series, ORACLE and internet application servers. Offered production system support and led development of performance enhancements and componentization of key business services. Designed and implemented the Application Request Broker architecture, which enables dynamic binding and loading of integral services and libraries in support of a CORBA architecture. Served as Project Manager for Performance on the Consulting Plus application at Qwest. • Oversaw enhancements and modifications to the existing n-tiered Forté application, which resulted in performance gains of over 100% in key areas.• Led the development of the ParkLink ™ Information System, a business-to-business electronic commerce application that captures, tracks, and manages financial and related information for the parking industry. • Mentored client team in the development of high level design (Use Cases, RAD Client candidates, etc.) and detailed design documents (physical data model, Enterprise Component Model, interaction and class diagrams, etc.). • Served as liaison between executive management, vendors, and development staff to promote common understanding of project specifics.

Upon return to the U.S., led the development of a distributed life and casualty insurance application for CNA Insurance in Nashville, TN. Was instrumental in finalizing system requirements for inclusion into all releases.
