James Luther has recently joined the Peachtree Planning firm. After graduating High School in 2011, James enlisted in the U.S. Army - working in signal intelligence where he obtained his Secret security clearance. Utilizing his G.I. Bill, he graduated from the Shidler College of Business at the University of Hawai’i at Manoa in 2023 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. During this time he was on the University of Hawai’i Financial Management Association Executive Board - serving first as the Inter-Business Council Senator and then as Vice President until he graduated. During school, he worked as a Distribution Manager with EC Marketing LLC and then as the Sales Director for Premier Island Brokerage.“Life begins at the end of your comfort level. The grass is always greener where you water it.”Originally born in Mannheim, Germany, James lived most of his life in Hawai’i until he decided to move to Nashville. He enjoys cooking, karaoke, fitness, stock trading, reading, gaming, and networking. He is fluent in English and Spanish, as well as proficient in French and Arabic. “I joined Peachtree Planning in 2024 because I was confident that as a fiduciary company, Peachtree embodied everything I valued in a career and as a professional. When I moved to Tennessee after my mom got sick, I wanted to make sure I had a career that not only supported her and her longevity in this world, but also help people in similar situations who want better for themselves and their loved ones.”Having moved so much while in the military, James has had the opportunity to be a part of communities all across the United States of America. His mission is to use the position he has now to uplift all the amazing people that have supported him and invested their love, time, and dreams in him that made it possible to be where he is at today. “I created and continue to lead a competitive gaming community of individuals from across the globe to provide a place where people can enjoy common interests and have incorporated an aspect of life coaching and financial prowess in order to enable them to improve themselves in every aspect of life.”“We miss 100% of the shots that we don’t take.
