I wrote reference letters and petition letters for the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on behalf of academic and high-level STEM industry clients. I delivered technical documentation according to USCIS guidelines and maintained internal communication with editors and team leaders on the progress of materials being prepared for clients.

At the moment, I'm working on a project to update barcodes on books throughout the library.

Distributing pills, mostly.

I wrote scripts for episodes, filmed on-camera as host, recorded voice-over narration, and captured video game footage. Worked as part of a team, including editor, director, project manager, and graphic designer.

Recruit, train, and manage all new librarians (up to 50 individuals) to fulfill their duties in the library: - Take and file new and renewing memberships. - Check books in and out, keep track of missing books and late fees.Responsible for appraising and accepting/denying material donations to the library.Inform and enforce the rules of the library to the general population, up to and including contacting and cooperating with security and other law enforcement.Organization and managing of club space, including both the library and other storage areas.Responsible for ordering new and replacement materials for the library.Responsible for the well-being of all materials and occupants of the library.Initiated multiple-semester project to convert old card catalog system into an electronic catalog, in cooperation with the general campus library.

Duties were to assist the customer in finding anything he/she required, including recommending other stores for any item we could not provide. I built displays for product and designed/wrote tables and datasheets to help my fellow associates manage duties and cleaning schedules, among others.On August 2010, I became a Keyholder, responsible for being a team leader as well as opening and closing the store.

My responsibilities were primarily to ensure that all cars on the lot were in a clean and working state, to pick up and drop off customers, and to pick up and drop off cars at garages and other Enterprise locations.

Handled hundreds (perhaps thousands) of transactions during my "tour of duty" on the registers. I was considered one of the best, despite the fact that my employment record was never changed from "seasonal" to "part time." I spent a month working on the floor restocking and reorganizing shelves in the Housewares Department.In January of 2008 I was hired back on for a month to reprise my role as a floor associate but also received training in customer service. I was the first male to work behind the service desk for twenty years.
