Responsible for project management/business analyst and oversight of various web site upgrades for the eBusiness unit of Medical Mutual of Ohio (MMO) throughout the full life cycle of the projects utilizing Microsoft Project and Visio. Specific responsibilities include: Vendor Selection, Contract Negotiation, Requirements Gathering, Business Process Flow, Use Case Documents, Logical Entity Relationship Diagrams, Cost/Benefit Analysis, Gap Analysis, User Acceptance Documents,• Paperless EOB – A presentation of a member’s Explanation of Benefits (EOB) on the My Health Plan website. The member is given the option to receive email notifications when a new EOB is posted.• Temporary ID letter – A letter generated on My Health Plan at the member’s request. This letter contains the information needed to obtain medical services in lieu of a permanent ID Card• Web Chat – A chat button on the My Health Plan site which allows a member to conduct a live chat with a customer service representative (SCR).• Online Bill Pay – Ability for a member to pay their monthly premium online• Personal Health History (PHH) – A summary of a member’s health-related activity (i.e. doctor visits, tests, treatments and prescriptions). Information is based on their Medical Mutual claims history.• Personal Health Record (PHR) – An electronic summary of a member’s complete medical history including family history and lifestyle. The Personal Health Record is more comprehensive and in-depth than the Personal Health History. It will also allow the member to conduct secure online services with their provider (such as visits, appointment scheduling and prescription renewals.• EmployerLink upgrade – A complete reworking of the Employer portal to include the ability to fill out employee applications and make payments online.• Health Treatment Estimator (HTE) – A set of calculators to help the member determine their expected health costs and to choose the appropriate health plan

Vice President of Operations 2003 - 2006Responsible for management and oversight of current and new business development, proposal writing, CMM-level 3 certification and quality control management for Software Development Company including project management/ project lead of software applications. Budgets ranging from $50K to $6M and 3 to 25 personnel. Global Expeditionary Medical Surveillance (GEMS) is a web-based application utilizing XML, ASP, HTML, and web-based analysis tool.• Global Expeditionary Medical Surveillance (GEMS) – responsible for adding additional modules and upgrading the version from 1.4 to 2.0 GEMS. • WRAP Global Expeditionary Medical Surveillance (GEMS) – responsible for developing GEMS version 2.0 into GEMS version 3.0.• GEMS Data Transmission to JMeWS – developed, tested, and delivered an application to transform, encrypt, transmit, and decrypt patient encounter data from the USAF GEMS database to the Deployable Health System JMeWS database.• The Medical Record Continuity Project I/II – delivers medical encounters collected in theater by the GEMS PEM to the airman’s home station for printing and archiving in his permanent record.• GEMS/Mi-Forms interface – created a demo version of GEMS which can interface with MiCo’s MiForms product. MiForms allows for the insertion of hand written information into the GEMS suite.• Aeromedical Deployed Record and Reporting System (ADRRS) – to automate –patient information reporting, enhance medical surveillance capabilities, improve nuclear, biological and chemical (NBC) data integration, event tracking, and add patient movement request capabilities. • Theater Medical Information Program (TMIP) – provide support for the LMIT effort to integrate over 20 applications into the TMIP systems, which is a .NET framework.
