In My Role, I undertook tasks which included• Data gather and analyse customer case documentation• Update and capture relevant data to the CRM system• Use gathered data to communicate to customers where appropriate• Follow company processes and procedures in order to come to a clear conclusion on each case• Issue relevant customer correspondence via letter• Remain up to date with any regulatory or company policiesMy role consisted of dealing with daily complaints received by customers due to the mis-selling of PPI on their Loans and Credit Cards. Complaints assessed in a fair manner, and on an individual basis. 100% Productivity achieved on a daily basis, with 100% Quality to match. All work undertaken using LTSB and FOS procedures. Helping to assist in the training and mentoring of new starters, and support of current colleagues. Team allocated Subject Matter Expert - The first point of contact for colleagues with queries regarding their day-to-day processes and systems.
