Still managing own tenders.Project generally involves working with external QS consultants to get bills prepared, checking against details, plans, elevations, specifications and all relevant tender documents.Resourcing all bills in ConQuest, sending out to subcontractors for pricing, checking quotations thoroughly and putting together for final contract sum with detailed Contractors Proposals.Have also very recently secured a £7.7m residential project based in Canning Town, 44 unit, New Build Development, RC Frame, block of flats.Currently on a win ratio of 4:2 to a total value of £24.2million.

Have been assisting Seniors with various tender bids for housing projects for the last few years.Now managing my own tenders, in the last 9 months, with the support of the PreConstruction team, we've successfully won a tender for a 38 bed Extra Care Home in Harpenden to the value of £4.7m. Followed shortly after completed another successful tender for a 3000m2 new build office block in Ealing to the value of £6m. And another succesful tender for a 36 bed Extra Care Home in Hounslow to the value of £5.8m. All winning tenders.Fully proficient using ConQuest Estimating software.
