With over 10 years of experience in the electrical industry, I am a skilled and certified Operations Manager at Lee Electrix, a leading provider of electrical services and solutions in the region. I joined the company as an Apprentice Electrician in 2011, and since then I have progressed through various roles, including Qualified Electrician and Managing Supervisor, before taking on my current position in 2020.As the Operations Manager, I oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring the quality, efficiency, and safety of our projects and services. I also manage and mentor a team of 30 electricians, technicians, and apprentices, providing them with training, guidance, and support.
