I love the opportunity to be redefining the stereotype of a "Safety Professional". Speaking openly with my contacts and providing them with attainable and reasonable solutions to the opportunities we uncover establishes trust and propels progress.We develop training that is tailored to the employee. We work to speak their language (quite literally) and provide them with actionable responsibilities at the conclusion of the session. Gone are the days of lecturing a group of employees with a module filled with subject matter verbiage and acronyms. Provide individuals with effective visuals, giving them something to watch and follow and you can engage any group you speak with.We write programs in a manner that takes you from introduction through implementation. Sure, the ten page SOP still exists but we won't expect you to unearth it unless you are so inclined. We arm managers with engaging training modules and forms that are customizable.It's all about making safety achievable. Set realistic goals, train effectively, enforce fairly.
