Monitoring of Network Performance and reporting all faults that may lead to Network Outage to field teams

IoDT is an Institution that deals with training and certification of Board Members, Senior Members of Management Team and Board Secretaries on the essentials of Corporate governance. I was involved with daily to daily activities in facilitating, organizing and marketing of Corporate Governance courses while maintaining Social Media Accounts, Institute's website and preparation of articles of their quarterly magazine.

I assisted on the day to day activities involved with Tigo Network, this also involved learning the skeleton of the whole network in detail
