The Project Leader is responsible for developing innovative new products to accelerate AES’s growth. New products developed are critical to create the space for innovation needed for life-changing pharmaceuticals. These will encompass a variety of systems (HVAC, structural, lighting, etc.), materials, and manufacturing processes.Lead cross-functional teams to develop new products that address customer’s unmet needs.Lead front end of innovation efforts to create, refine, and evaluate potential new concepts.Create/oversee designs, perform required analyses and calculations, and ensure manufacturability and constructability.Mentor less experienced team members.
