An IIP bronze accredited company.I was recruited in January 2019 as Head of Bars and Cellars to develop the teams and implement stock control procedures, service excellence cultures and financial improvement - delivering on events such as Netball World Cup 2019, Matchroom Boxing, Champions League Final screenings, BBC Showcase and sell out arena events including Mumford and Sons, Bryan Adams, Darts and The Eagles.Using my principles of business excellence, best processes and procedures, leadership, and personal development, I instilled a culture of stock security/control, and service excellence to deliver month by month improvement on the wet COS % margins.
