Main duties included overseeing the smooth running of the administration dealing with the marketing of livestock on an Ex Farm, Deadweight Basis. Running an Electronic Auction System, co-ordinating livestock sales and movements, maintaining and updating computer records, arranging and negotiating haulage, preparation of livestock documentation, preparing invoices and payments, dealing with customer enquiries, data entry and processing, providing general administrative support for the marketing and management team, telephone canvassing, liaising with haulage contractors, abattoir officials and farmers on a daily basis, providing a high level of customer service, and staff training and supervision.
