Managed Lakeside Trading LLC, and Clear Capital Group LLC. Lakeside and Clear Cap are a Chicago-based Proprietary Trading Group, specializing in market making and day trading futures. It has teams running OTC, manual, grey-box, and fully automated trading strategies.

Conducted due diligence on building an Automated Trading group for Mercury Derivatives in the United States.

Managed a multi-national Professional Trading Group with 11 offices across 5 countries, overseeing the trading of 250,000,000 contracts annually.As CEO, I oversaw the hiring, training, development, and risk management of over 600 traders. I worked with the Board, and senior management team, to set and execute the Group strategy.

Based in Shanghai I managed the day-to-day trading and operations of three offices in Shanghai, Beijing, and Wuhan.My main responsibilities were hiring, developing, and managing the trading teams, as well as mentoring the traders, increasing the profitability of the offices, and overseeing the market risk.

Fixed Income and Interest Rates team, with a mandate to increase the volume traded at the Exchange. Joined Sigma Derivatives to trade an Interest Rates book. The main products were Short Sterling, Euribor, and Eurodollars, but also traded Bunds, Bobl, Shatz, and Gilts.

Futures trader, trading Interest Rate yield curves in Europe, UK, and the US. Also trading Bonds, Equity Indexes, and Commodities.

Liffe Floor Local trader, trading mainly Italian Interest rates and bonds. Mostly day trading, some position-taking. Mostly futures positions, some options positions.
