Responsible for:• Driving the development and evolution of Future’s editorial operating model to deliver the business objectives of a fast-paced, digital-first growth organisation• Unifying legacy TI Media and Future content models, systems and workflows to drive efficiencies in the editorial production process and support collaboration across the business with a digital-first approach• The creation of a new DAM and supporting workflows to maximise multi-platform content reuse and licensing & syndication opportunities• Executing on multi-platform content sharing and workflow opportunities• The creation of new flexible and responsive resourcing models

Responsible for:• The development of TI Media's editorial operating model, involving all aspects of OD – strategy, structures, processes, systems, behaviours, attitudes and culture• Leadership and development of TI Media's content operations teams (Art, Subs and Pictures) and commercial content team (The Foundry) • Driving TI Media's on-going transformation initiatives• Identifying opportunities for revenue and profit growth

Responsible for:• The management of Time Inc’s Transformation PMO• Driving transformation initiatives across all areas of the business, including the implementation of a new editorial operating model, workflow and supporting systems• Leading Time Inc UK’s offshoring programme

Responsible for: • Digital publishing strategy across Time Inc’s Specialist portfolio• Identifying growth opportunities and business modelling • Key member of the UKCE acquisition team
