In May 2010, I launched Kre8 Designs LTD which is a Web Design, SEO and Online Marketing firm based in Fleet, Hampshire. In October I merged with my business partner and became a limited company. The company specialises in online marketing, web design, SEO, eCommerce, Pay Per Click and print media. Kre8 Designs has recently expanded to include Public Relations and video advertisement. The company has a portfolio of over 50 high-value domain names. As the company has developed, we have dealt primarily in B2B Sales with both small and larger businesses. Kre8 Designs also owns cheapwebdesign.co.uk, .com and .org.uk as part of the "Cheap Web Design" brand which offers low-cost package solutions for start-ups and small businesses.Kre8 Designs now trades as "Create Designs", part of a brand re-launch in early 2013.

• Duties involved attending market appraisals, negotiating fees and upselling rent collection and property management, actively arranging viewings, drawing up tenancy agreements, handling large cash deposits, providing feedback for landlords, creating property details and descriptions, updating the website and taking advertisement photographs. • Having dealt with clients from all ages and backgrounds, it has taught me interpersonal skills and the ability to persevere when things are moving slowly or the market is not particularly favourable. Optimism and enthusiasm were both key elements of the job which I found were both necessary in order to successfully let properties. • I completed lets on 5 properties in one day which had never been achieved before in the office. Being an estate agent has taught me to work well both as a team and individually as I was required to hit both personal and team targets throughout my employment.

• Working on a short-term, full-time contract for BMW I was required to authorise and validate finance contracts for new BMW cars. The role required me to check figures and other information to ensure they documents were correct and were not fraudulent. • It particularly focused on being precise and accurate whilst dealing high volumes of work in order to ensure that finance was paid out and sales were completed at dealerships on time.• The role involved being trusted with securing private confidential data.• Whilst working for BMW Finance, I gained valuble office experience working in an open-plan environment in a department which was closely tied with dealer support and underwriting.

• The main priority at McDonald Hotels is its excellent customer service as it values its customer’s very highly, being a 4 star hotel and gourmet restaurant. I have been in a very busy environment which has given me the opportunity to excel when under pressure from both management and customers.• I was given the responsibility of supervising the preparation area in the kitchen, maintaining stock control and making sure everything was running smoothly. In addition, I often worked on the Conference Bar which required me to set up the till and deal with hundreds of orders in a short space of time whilst remaining calm and composed.
