Thirty-five years of experience in increasingly responsible positions on a wide variety of upstream and downstream energy and chemicals projects encompassing engineering, procurement and construction. Experience includes work on Reimbursable, Cost Plus, and Lump Sum projects under Engineering and Procurement (E/P), Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC), and Program Management (PMT/EP/CM) contracts. Project Management experience entails economic evaluation (feasibility), front-end engineering and design, detailed engineering, procurement, and construction of large grass roots facilities, shutdown driven modifications / expansions and major capital projects. Experience also includes development and preparation of Invitation to Bid packages for major grassroots facilities, preparation of cost estimates for funding and cost control, dispersed engineering execution, management of large engineering / design teams, and management of multiple simultaneous projects.Downstream Experience – Experience includes Gasoline, Diesel, MTBE, TAME and Cyclohexane production including a major revamp of an FCC Unit, Clean Fuels (Gasoline, Low Sulfur Diesel, and OSBL), and a major refinery expansion (new Crude/Vacuum Unit, Coker, KHT, NHT, CCR, Sulfur, and Hydrocracker Units along with Utilities and Offsites).Upstream Experience – Experience includes Canadian Oil Sand production material handling facilities replacement and on-shore oil and gas modularized processing facilities with pipelines in Russia. Polymers Experience – Experience includes Vinyl Acetate Monomers, high-density (solution) and linear-low density (vapor phase) polyethylene units. Also includes field experience in construction support and start-up of these facilities.Petrochemicals Experience – Experience includes Ethylene Oxide/Ethylene Glycol, Adipic Acid, Adipic Nitriles, HCN, Ethylene, and Ammonia production facilities.
