Received numerous commendations for excellence, to include Soldier of the Year, military decorations, and cash awards. Served as the principal liaison with National Guard Bureau on all matters pertaining to ammunition management and training availability. Conducted continuous assessments of individual training needs, and acted to ensure all employees received the training they required.
