About James Torok

I am highly motivated, energetic, detail oriented, creative "visionary", and am an excellent mentor. I look at every obstacle as an "opportunity" and train my staff to think the same way. I am extremely knowledgable in all aspects of restaurant management/ownership. I excel in P&L responsibilities, and can run the FOH as well as BOH. I am an Executive Chef and have always created the menus of every restaurant I personally owned. I enjoy challenges.
