Completed country assignment for Cambodia 2012, Myanmar 2012, Vietnam 2012-13.*Created an Engineering Toolkit to analyze Plant Capacity for utilities based in production equipment volume. Currently being used globally under BIG Supplychain *Create, standardize and update Global Engineering Specification for BIG Supplychain Coca-Cola Global Engineering Division and accredited Suppliers *Manage BIG Supplychain and Supplier/Vendor escalation process for efficient identification of root cause of the problem and develop next steps between management and Supplier/Vendor.*Analyze and propose to management engineering solution to resolve market volume projection to plant production volume to develop equipment utilization strategy during peak volume.*Implement and conduct trainings for On-line procurement and Engineering Project Process Flow for Supplychain Coca-Cola Global Engineering Division.*Manage mechanical, civil and electrical scope of work for all new manufacturing equipment installation under the BIG Suppychain. Completed country assignment for Singapore 2008-2009, Bahrain 2010, Norway 2009-2010, Nigeria Appapa/Abuja Plant 2011 *Conducts technical training on SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Dice) and BEC (Basic Equipment Care) for Coca-Cola BIG Supply Chain Asia, Middle East and Europe operations to improve Production Line Efficiency and Change Over Time.*Created and conducted SWEEP (Sanitation With Excellence in Every Place) Technical Assessment for Australia 2009, Norway 2010 and Sweden 2010 Coca-Cola Plants. Provide process recommendation for Coca-Cola BIG Plants. Manage process issue closure activity starting from project start to project issue closure.
