Responsible for increasing brand awareness and generating leads for Ziebart stores by managing all online marketing programs including social media, blog, retail email marketing program, website and all search programs. Essential Functions:- Manage day-to-day workflow of department to ensure projects are completed on-time, on-strategy and within budget. - Lead point-of-contacts for internal client project management including meetings.- Create content and monitor Ziebart social media channels; including engaging with and responding to public facing comments or concerns.- Provide quarterly reports on progress of company's goals for each social media outlet.- Monitor and respond to customer reviews across local online listings/directories and forward them to customer service.- Manage ziebart.com; including content changes, analysis of site performance and optimization for search. - Manage national pay-per-click program- Manage local business listing ownership and maintenance

Handle day to day activities on social sites such as Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, blogs, etc. within the guidelines of the company, develop community engagement through content sharing, encouraging conversations, polls, contests, newsletters, and other tactics. Responsible for monitoring all social media outlets, responding to questions, growing awareness of brand through proactive involvement that further engages our audience.Experience working with various marketing/social media management programs such as Tagboard, Sales Force (Radian 6, Buddy Media), Viral Heat, Track Maven.• Produce editorial calendar to create engaging social content. • Analyze demographics and key components to ensure target market is established.• Manage the day-to-day postings and conversations across social properties. • Write content to support all corporate social channels (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Google+, LinkedIn) • Provide monthly metrics on specific platforms to track KPIs. • Generate buzz through viral marketing initiatives as well as drive external link development. • Monitor and moderate community participation to ensure rules of engagement and community guidelines are followed. Review posts/potential complaints containing watchwords for context and forward to internal resources if necessary. • Post and promote interactive content that encourages participation and the development of fan-generated content to ensure that the community is actively engaged and meeting objectives. • Collaborate with the cross-functional teams such as Sales, Events, and Content Marketing. • Collaborate with international offices to ensure online marketing strategy is consistent.• Communicate issues, opportunities and insights to management at large and fosters best practices with the social media contacts in the field. • Video editing (IMovie) and general photography to capture theme of business for online audience.
