Coordinating and directing the activities of an AbilityWorks Facility with responsibility for evaluating the vocational potential of clients and for providing vocational training designed to facilitate clients' entry or re-entry into the general work force. Led 7 person organization responsible for administering college level officer training program. Served as senior AF officer at geographically separated unit. Managed $9.5K office budget; determines what candidates get commissioned in USAF.

Developed and executed strategic and short-range infrastructure solutions and communications plans supporting 10,000 personnel in 5 wings and 31 dispersed locations. Planned and analyzed requirement supporting DoD conventional, unconventional and nuclear tests, conferences and exercises. Responsible for Cyberspace planning for Red Flag exercises.

Led 15 person detachment of military, civilian and contractor personnel responsible for operations and maintenance of $1.8M Top Secret special access network operations center. Managed full life cycle of servers, client machines and all routers and switches associated with classified and unclassified networks. Managed help desk function for classified and unclassified network. Executed $70K annual budget. Provides USAF Warfare Center 10 critical advanced program networks. Ensures comm. interoperability for 15 units at 6 separate locations. Responsible to four DoD agencies for accreditation and operation of over 52 classified networks and client systems.

o Led highly specialized military, civilian and contractor team responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Global Status of Resources and Training system master database supporting the SECDEF, OSD, National Military Command Center and Joint Staff. o Managed daily operations of global help desk (Tier 1 and 2). Responsible for trouble ticket life cycle for DoD customers.
