His concern over managers’ misunderstanding of important finance metrics, and their inability to use income statements, balance sheets and statements of cash flow to make business decisions, led to the development of an engaging, hands-on, 12-hour seminar that was delivered over 20 times to over 200 learners over the course of several years.
