As the Supply Chain Manager, I oversee the movement and storage of all goods for the company. My responsibilities include managing Customs and Duties paperwork, stock control, and order / project fulfilment, ensuring that our filtration units are efficiently shipped to sites around the world. I also handle the existing supply chain and the sourcing of new suppliers for NPD projects. Additionally, I manage the creation of purchase orders and invoices to support these key business functions.

This involved working with the Key Account Managers, Production Planners, and the Finance Team to balance the production forecasts for all 8000 SKUs offered in these markets.
