Also answered all customer calls that came into the company and logged them in tracking software so it could be passed on to the appropriate department to handle. Also helped with scheduling all the Customer Service Representatives.

Driving a 25' box truck in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa doing deliveries of fresh products to the Kwik Trip and Kwik Star store over night.

Fill in for the Store Leader when he or she was out of the building. Took care of morning book work, ordering, staffing, customer complaints and any other task that the Store Leader needed me to do while they were out to make sure that things kept running as smoothly as possible.
