Finance/Operate Managed Services Co-Leader • Overall responsibility for the product roadmap and technology stack supporting Deloitte’s transition from traditional delivery models to tech-enabled run-operate models requiring a focus on digital FTEs, process/platform reimagination and long term, partnered relationships with clients that better share economic outcomes.• Co-lead all market facing sales initiatives, from prospect identification to collateral creation/demo orchestration to deal pricing, execution and contracting. • Designed, built, and integrated a combination of internal and vendor developed capabilities to facilitate data acquisition and validation (primarily from industry G/Ls), a configurable, rules-based engine to support financial statement construction and oversight, and a reporting/analytics layer delivered via a proprietary portal experience to private market controllers and CFOs.• Supported talent integration across ~150 US and India based practitioners to align accounting subject matter expertise with DevOps, QA, and onboarding/success teams in support of large program/portfolio migrations across various clients and investment strategies.• Function as lead engagement/delivery resource for strategically significant accounts based on revenue opportunity and scope/complexity with responsibility for managing CXO/program sponsor communication and overall relationships.

• Commercialized Deloitte’s Cascade Suite product and SaaS offering, focused on the investment management industry with capabilities built to support fund reporting, partnership allocations, performance attribution, fee calculations and carry plan administration.• Product/Asset Owner with responsibility for feature development/prioritization, sprint management, SDLC methodologies & tooling, resource allocations, client delivery and all FTE/Contractor resources.• Overall P&L responsibility for $8MM annual portfolio across a variety of fund administrators and global alternatives managers across private equity, real estate, venture capital, hedge funds, mutual funds, and managed accounts. • Responsible for overall performance including top line growth, profitability, team structure and on/off-shore leverage, client on-boarding and customer satisfaction. Established and staffed our USI team, now nearly totaling 30 FTEs across several Tier 1 cities.• Engage CXOs, as a trusted advisor, to ideate, design and implement transformative technology across three primary functional areas: • Cascade Suite Waterfall – engagements focused on deal-by, total return, evergreen/hybrid waterfall models with support for side letters and multiple share/fee classes. • Cascade Suite Carry & Reward – engagements focused on automating GP carry, co-investment & incentive plan administration and integration with a React-based employee-centric portal rich with dashboarding to support compensation messaging and retention strategies. • Cascade Suite Expense Allocations – engagements focused on data exchange from HR and G/L systems for the purposes of capturing and allocating expense categories using various methodologies (AUM-based, NAV-based, captured employee time) across fund strategies and/or products.

Role evolution from traditional implementation specialist through delivery team lead into a market-facing sales capacity.• ABS Suite – the leading technology platform serving loan originators and servicers across the ABS (card/auto) and MBS markets focused on integration with asset servicing systems and the application of cash flow waterfalls for the purposes of bridging the informational needs of the underlying bond investors.• Designed and conducted product demonstrations & roadshows, conducted pricing reviews and client negotiations, drafted and review license/service agreements, routinely engaged with primary buyer(s) and procurement practices.• Delivery lead tasked with serving many of the team's premier client accounts, from leading US-based equipment finance portfolios to overseas engagements requiring the deployment of local firm resources, particularly in Australia, the UK and the EU.
