Started up and developed my own Christmas tree retail company over the last 5 years. I grew the company to be one of the leading sellers in the Auckland market. As the company grew, so did my role, meaning that I needed to employ two full-time staff to assist me in the sales process. This allowed me to focus more on the strategy of the company and aligning all logistics within the business.I eventually sold the business in 2017, and is still being run annually by the new owner.
