Full-time position managing a one million dollar plus project which required bringing various properties into compliance with the EPA's NPDES laws. Responsible for conducting field inspections on contracted, foreclosed, bank-owned properties. Established criteria for compliance work to be performed, and conducted analysis of contractor bids and their subsequent field work. Produced inspection reports reflecting the status of sites with respect to compliance. Coordinated heavily with bank asset managers, field contractors and local authorities having jurisdiction to ensure properties were permanently stabilized. Trained qualified personnel to perform field inspections. Completed other engineering based tasks and calculations on projects including a Fulton County pump station, a water audit for an Air Force Base in Florida and a water vault for a residential development.
