To review the sales data folder maintained by the KREs Entries regularly in order to focus on the most important parameters. To handle HR issues as appraisal / attendance / unauthorized leave / recruitment and exit movements of employees.To travel each territory every month for enhancing business and feedback / guiding the KREs.
